1. Cancellation Policy
Since Resume Tailor provides digital services, cancellation is only possible before the service processing has started.
Once the processing or generation of your requested output begins, the order is considered consumed and cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
- Payment is debited but service is not delivered within the stated timeline
- Duplicate payment was made for the same order
- A verified technical failure occurred at our end and service could not be completed
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are generally not provided in these cases:
- Service has already been delivered successfully
- Delay caused by incorrect user-provided information
- Change of mind after purchase
- Requests made beyond the allowed refund request period
4. Refund Request Window
You must raise a refund request within 24 hours of payment, along with order details and proof of transaction.
Requests received after this window may not be eligible for review.
5. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. The credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider and may take 5-10 business days.
